The rolls are especially induction-hardened to 64RC; plus the main barrel to a depth of 6 mm to ensure that your rolls last a lifetime. The rolls are combination-rolled providing both flat and square wire rolling. The mill includes 11 square grooves of wire rolling from 8 mm to 1 mm. Side extension rollers offer a total of four half-rounds of 4, 3, 2, and 1.5 mm. Safety features include an emergency stop button, safety bars at the front and rear of the mill, guards covering the extension rollers, as well as guards covering the top gears.
