AXCO AX20 Bulk Hot Melt Tank Overview

The AXCO AX20 is a fully electric bulk hot melt tank designed for product assembly and packaging operations. It has a 20 lb. (9.1 kg) tank capacity and can push up to 60 pounds of adhesive per hour with its robust 86 RPM motor and 30 mm pump. The AX20 efficiently bonds materials like cardboard, fabric, glass, foam rubber, and plastic, eliminating the need for tape, cold glue, or metal fasteners, and reducing costs. This versatile unit is upgradeable, capable of handling two manual hoses or up to four automatic hoses and guns, ideal for both bead and spray applications with enhanced control options.
