Astro Packaging LS10 Hot Melt System Overview

The Astro LS10 Bulk Hot Melt Tank is a reliable, all-electric system designed for manual packaging and product assembly. It serves as a quick and economical alternative to tape, cold glue, and metal fasteners. The LS10 includes a Teflon®-coated 10 lb. tank, along with a heated hose and handgun featuring a single orifice nozzle. The heated hose boasts durable construction with a reinforced Teflon® core and a stainless-steel braided cover.

The LS10 is user-friendly and easy to maintain. Simply connect it to an electrical outlet and allow it to heat up. After warming up, the pump switch on the control panel activates the motor-driven pump. This positive displacement gear pump can deliver up to 45 pounds (20.4 kg) of adhesive per hour, ensuring consistent and efficient performance. This tank system comes standard with one hose and hand gun and a second hose and gun can be added if needed.

The Astro LS10 is also available as a without a hose and gun.

The LS10 system is a direct replacement for the Slautterback® Little Squirt and is compatible with the Little Squirt hose/gun.
